"Comfortable and not expensive, it was a decent rest stop on our bicycle trip. There was nothing outstanding about the rooms, and I wasn’t happy with the cigarette ashes under the bed and the smoke smell in our ‘no smoking’ room. I would like to say that the reception staff were helpful and stored our bikes for us. "

"Hotel is a bit dated but in a great location. You can't be any closer to the night market and there are lots of great food options. We stayed several nights with Chiayi as a base. It was very quiet until someone checked into the room above us. On that night, it was clear that the soundproofing is non-existent. A bit tricky for light sleepers."

The room included water bottles, towels, shampoo etc. The breakfast was good, there was only one option for the hot breakfast but toast (with various spreads: peanut butter, chocolate, butter etc.) was also available and tea/coffee.
