"I booked a non smoking room and the first thing I smelled in the room was strong cigarette stench, including on the pillows. It was difficult to breathe all night. I immediately noticed the AC was not working, the front desk person was helpful even though it was late at night, he reset the AC from downstairs and it started pushing cool air slowly albeit, but at least it was working. "i arrived to this hotel late night after a very long trip hoping for just a few hours of rest ! in the room when i tried to turn on the air condition, I realized that it's not working and even the AC switch is missing so I went downstairs and explained this for the receptions, and they said their condition is broken. I even asked for a fan to be able to survive the very hot night and they refused so all night I couldn't sleep because of the heat and humidity in the room and early morning I left...
