"I booked a non smoking room and the first thing I smelled in the room was strong cigarette stench, including on the pillows. It was difficult to breathe all night. "This hotel should not have a licence to be in the tourism business. Words can't describe the horror I found when I made a mistake and booked this prison cell for a week.
