I enjoyed my stay very much even though with Covid meant I had to wear a face mask all the time. A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was very good also. I will definitely come back when Covid has ended.

Stayed overnight as a stopover as we were driving south the next day. We book a club room with lounge access for snacks and light refreshments. But we arrived just after 20:00 and the lounge was already closed. So the receptionist very kindly organise free meals to be sent to our room. The air conditioning was not work, so an engineer was called at 22:30 and promptly came to fix it.

I had to make three different reservations. I’m attending an event that included two nights accommodation, but I arrived one night before and staying two nights. After when I checked in, I asked if I could stay in the same room for all three reservations. Eventually I was able to, but they were so disorganized they couldn’t figure it out for the longest time. They called me at least six times telling me I had to check out of my room. Very disorganized staff despite me having all of the information about the reservations I was very disappointed with the reception staff

Very disorganized. The property is in the middle of nowhere. There’s a huge mall but nothing else to see or do. The reservations staff is very confused. He kept calling me about my reservation only to figure out that they had all the information. They called me about 6 to 8 times. Also people into the room all the time. Even if you put the do not disturb sign on, they still disturb you. I would never stay in this property again.
