"If anything, our only complaint was there was no fridge in the room and the ice machine was broken. The doorman offered to find us ice but the restaurant took care of us...great place to eat, btw. Beds were very hard for our liking but we survived. "

"We were in Saltillo for a family funeral, at the time I booked it for it’s convenient location. We had no idea it was such a nice place til we arrived, at midnight. Really really attractive property and even though we only spent the night and left right after breakfast, I could see it was well maintained. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. I’d stay there again for sure. "

"We had a flat tire in a very remote location and were desperate to make it into the city. The ladies at the front desk could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were allowed into a room early without a reservation- I literally cried. Everything was comfortable and clean. Although we had not planned on staying in Saltillo - I could think of a better more friendly helpful destination. "
