"The hotel was nice and staff very friendly, the rooms were comfortable however the bathrooms were lacking appropriate ventilation which for a cave hotel can understand however more powerful fans may be an option. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Castle Cave hotel! We felt very welcomed as soon as we walked in. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating, making our stay very comfortable. Although we did not get to see the balloons due to the weather, staying at Castle Cave, spending time in our authentic cave room, and exploring Goreme was more than enough. "4.5/5 amazing stay with very good hosts. All of our needs were taken care of and balloon ride and tours were arranged with the help of the hotel. They were very flexible and very nice and even helped us change rooms when something wasn’t working in our original room. The breakfast spread is varied and really good. The views are amazing and everything is clean. Everything is sort of dimly lit in the rooms which makes getting ready a bit difficult but the rooms themselves are very cozy "

"Kaldığımız oda büyüklük açısından ihtiyacımızı karşıladı. Mağara konsepti olarak gittik ama bu kadar rutubet beklemiyordum. Yastık falan hep ıslak durumdaydı. Güneşe çıkarıp kurıtuyorduk. Kaloriferi açtırdık haziranda o kadar soğuk odalar. Sular çok sıcak akmıyor. Otelde kimse havlu lazım mı şampuan bitti mi demedi hepsini bizim söylememiz beklendi. Otelde gram yiyecek yok, gece açlık çeksen açsın. Mini barda 2 snicers 2 de biskrem var. Kahvaltı rezalet sana masayı hazırlıyorlar açık büfe değil....

"Great location, felt safe, super clean and owner and spouse were always available to make our stay comfortable. I had to decide between staying here and a hotel in Goreme. Not having been to Cappadocia before, I was unsure. However, happy to have chosen Hotel Elvan. The experience is more authentic both at the hotel and the neighborhood. The latter is also not overrun by tourists. Highly recommended. "
