"A really modern and clean hotel in a fantastic location in Xi’an, walkable to Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter and all of central Xi’an. The room was comfortable and nicely designed. The reception/living area was pleasant and the laundry room was free to use and convenient. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. "We stayed for 5 nights. We appreciated that the we were given an upgrade. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The downside was that the room's carpet had several stains and we couldn't control the temperature of the room (set at 24C) which made our stay not as comfortable or satisfied."
