"A small issue with finding my reservation but it was resolved quickly. Front desk was friendly. Room was clean but there were a lot of hair in one of the restrooms and I found at least one hair in ALL 6 “clean” towels. Didn’t report the issue because we had another bathroom and was only staying for one night. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning unit was very loud. Free breakfast was good. I would stay here again. "

Informed the front desk, they sent a maintenance service member to correct the problem, but it continued to have same problem later when returned to our room."
