"The house was as described. Plenty of room and beds for all ten of us. No overly complicated check out processes and the host was easy to reach and responded quickly."

"The house is not only large, it isn't wall-to-wall bedrooms - there are three separate living areas, a room with a ping-pong table, and two kitchens. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and were able to house our in-laws and the whole bridal party comfortably. Communication with the owner was good - we really only had to connect before the trip for approval to bring our 2 dogs. Their response was quick and detailed. All the bathrooms look like they have been recently updated. All the rooms were clean and well appointed. Check out tasks were clear and simple. If we ever come back to Dallas, GA, we would stay here again."

"Our family of 8 stayed in this home. Despite a negative review we read, we found the dishes were all clean, cabinets and hardware were fine. However, we also noticed lukewarm water in the upstairs. We didn’t have the same issue with the main floor or basement. One of the things we found odd is that the pillows on the second floor were not covered with pillowcases but rather the pillow shams. We had to contact the house manager to explain to us how to access the downstairs bedrooms. There were no instructions in the house or in the email. There were several lightbulbs out, remote controls were missing, had missing or had dead batteries. The request to not flush toilet paper was very odd. While we tried to be cognizant, only lightly used toilet paper could/should be put in a garbage. We were disappointed to arrive in 94° temps and find the pool, which was a reason we booked this house, was closed for the season. The house description did not note the pool is seasonal and closed by Aug. 18. Coming from New York we wouldn’t have suspected that. On a positive note, we had plenty of sleeping space, the dining room was perfect for our family and the couches (although slightly stained) were comfortable. We went to Six Flags and it was only 40 min away. "
