I wish they change the sheets more often. The electronic keys kept deactivating. Super nice staff, I would return. I rarely say that.

I usually stay at this property when my family visits however, on this particular visit, the room was not clean. The TV did not work and there was missing pieces from the furniture we had to be moved to a different room. It was very inconvenient. This hotel is not the way it used to be.

This hotel was not good at all. The sheets were dirty when we checked in. The fridge was broken and I didn’t realize it until I took my food out the next day and it had spoiled. The shower did not get very hot, not forgetting to mention the very noisy AC unit. The staff were clueless and unhelpful. Hated my stay here so much, my family and I checked out early.

The first room I was given was dirty and had no air so I was moved to another room that had dried puke on the bed, couch and curtains. Then moved to another room that had dried food on the chair and hair on the bed, the last room was not great and had no curtains to block the light so we got no sleep and I was not able to get my money back because of Expedia… the hotel was willing to refund me

The first room that we were assigned to was dirty. Sheets had stain on in. The door knob was broken. I was given another room it smelled like mold. The door didn't lock currently. While eating in the dinning area. When the went past the eating time the kitchen staff turn the lights out on us and started wiping table down while we were still sitting there. We were rushed to get out. I will never stay there again.

The staff are horribly rude in regards to check out. I was first notified by housekeeping of my check out at 10am I acknowledged and politely responded, "check out is at 11am I will be ready at that time thank you". At 1030 a make staff member loudly and aggressively knocked on the door again talking about check out! This experience was horrible and no grace was even given considering it was an hour in advance I was made to feel being kicked out! Will NEVER return!
