"We generally don't stay at Ginger and not used to such hospitality standard. Due to less than 20hrs stay in the city and other strategic benefits due to the location, we booked this property. While check-in, the reception guy was extremely rude and inefficient. Absolutely unfit for any hospitality job. Somehow we finished the check-in but bitterness still persists."

"Convenient location among posh residential neighborhoods which helps for people attending family functions. Room was very clean and user friendly with prompt service. "

The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us.
