"The hotel suited our purposes and was convenient to public transportation and a pleasant daily street market. However, the first room we were given had not been cleaned. To their credit, they did not hesitate and moved us to another room. The second room we were given was comfortable, adequately large, equipped with a kitchenette, had a window that could be open to let in fresh air, and had a large comfortable bed. Unfortunately, there was not a sense of cleanliness or attention to detail by the hotel - the bottom of the bathroom door was extremely water damaged and needed repair, one light fixture and art on the wall was crooked, and the holes and mismatched paint had not been attended to after replacing a light fixture in the bathroom. The front desk staff, however, was attentive and helpful."

"The desk staff were most welcoming, friendly, and helpful which set a very comfortable tone for our two night stay. As we were very tired upon arrival, we chose to eat dinner in the main section of the hotel complex and we’re very happy we did as the food was delicious. "

"The hotel is lovely, clean and modern and just a short block from the pier. We arrived well before checkin time and the staff was very friendly and stored our luggage, so we could go out and explore for the afternoon. Close to all the action and markets but the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. We will be back!"
