"It is great for being close to the airport and rental car drop off but there isn’t much else around. Food was good in-house. The pool and sauna nice but would loved to have had a jacuzzi and recreation centre closed a little early. "

"We used this hotel as a half way point. Staff very friendly and attentive! Hotel needs renovation tbh. Web site makes it look in much better condition. Food while expensive for eve meal was delicious! We didn't get to try the Scottish Breakfast as on a Saturday it begins at 8am. We left at 7.30am. Historically interesting with Robbie Burns of fame being a local once upon a time."

"This place it's more than a B&B. It has everything you would expect from a high end hotel but in a cosy property. Alan is a fantastic host and will make you feel like home straight away. The room was impeccable with everything needed and more. And the area is so quiet and peaceful. I'll be coming back and recommend this place to anyone."

"A brilliant experience for a Birthday weekend, a home from home without teenagers. We were very well looked after from arrival, above and beyond. The accommodation was quiet, cosy but with lots of space to use. A perfect getaway. We will definitely book in again soon. Ian & Trudi "
