My room didn’t have any problems with cleanliness, sheets were clean etc., carpet and pant where pretty much at their due date and the exterior needs a power wash and fresh paint. It’s true that the bathroom is kind of like one on a cruise, but I didn’t find it impossibly small and I’m taller than the average fellow, well over 6 ft.
