The reception contacted us to check arrival time and to see if we needed anything. The staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Plymouth."

"I had to ask for coffee capsules, milk, shampoo and bathmat as forgotten to leave any in room. Only one glass given for water in a double room. Furniture quite battered looking and in need of some TLC. Long mirror on wall, but in the darkest corner of the room where there was no light. Coffee machine's water holder had no lid and a broken base and does not work very well so could do with a replacement. Sink fills up with water with no plug in when washing hands. All in all a lovely spacious room...

Room was comfortable and clean although in common with the rest of the hotel it was a little dated. WiFi was good. Breakfast was reasonable for the money although the extra £5 charge for different dishes such as eggs Benedict wasn’t really needed as the dish is probably no more costly than the full English we did have.
