"The staff was superb. We, having been in France for 3 weeks prior to our arrival had quite a bit of laundry. The staff, took care of this for us at our arrival and we received our clean folded clothes the next day. Nothing beats this location as the rear of the hotel puts you right in the center of a pedestrian street lined on all sides with cafes and restaurants as well as the entry to the Chateau Amboise. "The property is an modernized classical home. It has the feel of high end french home but has modern amenities. However at night the warm water tends to run out fast, so taking a really hot shower would sometimes not be possible. Especially when there is a lot of guests that are checked in. This is the reason why I removed 1 star from my review."
