"We enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very tasty, and the room spacious. My only sighestions for improvement: fitted sheets on the bed (the top sheet used as a bottome sheet kept slipping off in the night, and prioritizing guest coming back to the front desk to retrieve their room key (we had to wait in a line behind several new guests checking in). Thnak you for the great service otherwise!"

"The room had a horrible smell of cleaning product The bedsheets smelled dirty The hotel was very noisy because the guests which arrived around 2am. The hotel is very outdated. The buffet for breakfast was not good enough. I stayed at this same hotel about 6 years ago, but this new experience in 2022 was very disappointing "

"What i liked: spatious room, clean, staff very kind and flexible , ready to help. I would say very walkable central area, close to everything you may need ( supermarket, Shopping centers, gyms, transportation, etc). Good breakfast, small but nice and clean common areas. One very important point for me: sport facilities: i would have given a nice grade if it wasn't for the fact that the gym cardio machines could use some checks, one out of service, another needing maintenance ; apart from that...

"Vale muito a pena pela localização, pela simpatia dos colaboradores e principalmente pelo Full Jazz Bar, anexo ao hotel… infelizmente o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo, mas isso penso que o hotel pode tomar providências! No mais, recomendo muito!"

"Very nice but basic hotel. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The best thing is the location! It has excellent access to Parque Barigui right across the street. There is a bike rental stand steps from the door. There is several restaurants and a gas station across the street also. "
