Not so bad, but...
O hotel seria bem melhor avaliado por mim, não fosse o conforto da cama e dos travesseiros, que são péssimos. A cama balança muito quando a outra pessoa se mexe, e os travesseiros são muito altos e firmes demais, o que fez com que tivéssemos uma noite ruim de sono como há muito tempo não tínhamos.

O sistema de envio de NFs deixa muito a desejar, foi emitido e enviado somente as NF das diárias, porém não foi enviado a NF dos extras e consumos de restaurante. Os atendentes são cordiais e prestativos (tanto da recepção como do restaurante)

O primeiro dia não tinha água quente no hotel e a cidade estava muito fria !!! Foi péssimo, várias reclamações de outros hóspedes também ! A janela de metal do meu quarto estava com problema ! Meu quarto não foi arrumado de um dia para o outro ! Café da manhã achei MUITO fraco sem variedades.

Simples, mas atendeu o que precisei.

Hotel com ótimas instalações.
Instalações muito boas, cama excelente, ótima localização, bom atendimento. Ponto fraci: acho um roubo cobrarem o equivalente a um dólar por cada copinho de água mineral do frigobar.
