The property manager substituted chicken breast that was cut too thin, tough and dry. I was not offered any compensation. The food was my only complaint. Plenty of other places to eat. "

"I liked everything about the property. What I didn’t like is that my room was in front of a restaurant that played loud music on the weekends. The staff at the front desk seemed to lack knowledge of the area and weren’t particularly helpful. So we approached the waiters who spoke English for information. "This was my 3rd visit to the property and first since Covid, and the property still holds the same charm and hospitality since my first visit in 2014. The rooms have a lot of space and incredible views from most of them. Staff are so hospitable and the restaurant is great for breakfast, and lunch/drinks by the pool or on the beach. And of course the beautiful landscaping and the Parrots just complete the Old Mexico feel. Can't wait to return again and again!"
