"Overall the Hotel stay was very pleasant, staff very helpful and food better than expected, some reviews were very negative. Location is very good, with easy access to beach and town. Disappointed that the beautiful pool water felt so cold. Just a shame that the room, especially the En-suite was lacking the cleanliness that I would have expected, quite dirty in places, dusty and a few cobwebs found, lamp shades could do with a good clean. I would recommend and return to this Hotel at a future...

"Great place to stay for a family - the facilities in the apartment and activities in the hotel are great and it’s close to the beach, Marina and Town Centre. It’s also not too far from the rest of the Riviera. We’ve lived at other good places in Torquay in the past, but this was by far the most practical and functional place for us as a family. "

"Had the suit , so was expecting something nice , not quite the case , from trying to enter the room with handle hanging off to then wanting a shower and having to try and fix it first wasn’t the plan , very disappointed "
