"It is fine for an overnight visit to Exeter. Hardest thing was finding the car park which has very narrow parking spaces especially when there are big SUVs there"

"We stayed over night and it was a very pleasant stay. The outside looks a bit out dated but once inside it was lovely and fresh decor and the room was a bit on small side (green view) but was good for what we needed. If staying for more then a night try get a bigger room. Breakfast was lovely also staff friendly and polite. There was a lift in the property but if it was very tiny only 2 people max. Will defo recommend coming here and defo be coming back again in the future . "

"Friendly staff. Large room with comfortable double bed. TV, bright and well finished bathroom with plenty of hot water, modern toilet and large bath with shower. Excellent buffet breakfast. Bedroom door electronic security. Hotel faces the sea front which has a long promenade, ideal for joggers. Nice sandy beach."
