"We generally choose Hampton inn because the rooms usually have a range of pillows. Good pillow, good sleep. This one did not. They were flat and soft. Only after asking a couple of times did we receive better pillows. Overall, the room was small but comfortable. Location was pretty good too."

We added breakfast to our booking which was a continental. Not sure if it’s possible but would’ve been lovely to add the option of a cooked breakfast. Was located right next to a wee Christmas village, and a lovely walk along the river and over the bridge to temple bar etc. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend....

"Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service. "
