"Convenient and clean. Excellent service and breakfast buffet. Only minor negative is that the hotel is adjacent to a busy commuter train track, so you hear a “swoosh” occasionally, but not too bad once you get to sleep. "

I don't normally rate 5 stars, but from the excellent meet to leaving, the entire staff was perfect. A five star meal, cupped with 5 star service, can not praise this place enough. "It was only 10 min away driving from Montepulciano town. The hotel was clean and comfortable, had also a charger station for electric cars, the receptionist was very friendly! "

"Stayed here for two separate weekends and loved it! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, the location is near the center and the minimeteo making it easy to move around and explore. Lots of dining options nearby and the beds!! Oh the beds were so comfortable best sleep I had on my trip. Highly recommend this hotel and it is worth all the stairs to get there lol"

"A good small hotel in the historic centre of Orvieto, up on the rocky cliff. The rooms are cosy and my bathroom had a nice bathtub. Reception staff is very helpful, giving advice on all you may need in town and recommendations about what to visit."

"La Chiusa was magnificent. Gorgeously restored historical property nestled in their own olive grove, caring attentive staff, and a young chef creating absolutely delicious new takes on traditional Tuscan classics. We walked around the grounds, did some stargazing, and enjoyed the personal attention and the cooking class. 12/10, 3 thumbs up, 6 stars. Can't recommend it highly enough. We cannot wait to go back."
