"We stayed near the entrance of the hotel rooms. Wasn’t sure if it’s next to the toilets/kitchen, we did smell an unpleasant smell but was still acceptable. The staff are friendly; however the facilities are a bit old. Wasn’t sure if they are mould on the toilet wall. Next to a 7-11 and was given TWD100 voucher per person for breakfast. Was great to spend a night here and walk around the area, especially you have young children. They offer a few free walking tours and we enjoyed and managed...

"Be aware this is an old dormitory facility. The rooms are basic but clean. The whole place smells a bit of mildew. Pillows are not good. There are many hills and stairs to get to some of the rooms. Meals were mediocre but breakfast and dinner were included with the room fee. Facilities (bath areas) were not opened during times advertised on some days, they were open when tour groups were at the hotel (my stay was not part of a tour). Not a bad experience but not a great value for the price paid. "
