We had none of the issues stated, the staff were friendly and helpful, leaving the room card was not a problem as there was always a member of staff available to return it to you. "We just arrived home after a 4 day stay here and we cant fault it. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and our suite was perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The hallways look a little shabby in places, wallpaper needs replacing but that's the only minor flaw we can think of. It's an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland, and the hotel has a free shuttlebus too. We never used the bus, the walk was nice. Huge shopping centre a couple of blocks away so super easy to get groceries...
