"Location was great, beautiful area. But be aware the shady areas are just few blocks away. Only fault, not of the hotel, another guest was smoking in the unit next to us. The smoke was in the hallway. We were there in early Dec. Note- there is no AC if you are travelling in the summer months. "

"The staff were excellent and that was why I rated the stay as good. Without good staff, the property was rather ordinary, at best, with a so-so breakfast. Location was very good for us, lots of very good restaurants around and felt safe."

"We had to move 1 of the rooms because of the smell. Both rooms were down market and dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridors as well. Sound proofing was poor so we were kept awake by shouting and arguments in other rooms. Parking was supposed to be an option but when we arrived they told us it had to be booked at least 15 days in advance. So we had to leave the car on a dodgy street round the corner. "Our first time in Paris and I booked this based on such positive reviews and it worked in our favour! We arrived in Paris via EuroStar so this was only a 15 min taxi (in traffic) ride. A quieter area, but very close to grocery stores and little restaurants! The kitchenette was a game changer. We purchased meals including heat at home, eggs etc and it was fully stocked with utensils such as cutlery, knives, plates and bowls etc We did lay for room service for one day on our week long stay but...

"Very rare to have washer and dryer in any hotel in Paris but Residhome has them both. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to train station, about 5 minutes walk, and lots of dining options."

" This hotel has a good location: there are restaurants, stores and parks nearby as well as Metro station in a walking distance. The rooms facing to the street have a lot of noise even at night from the street, disco and cafe across the street. No AC in the rooms. Small TV set. Wi-Fi is weak and the Internet is sketchy in the evenings. Kitchen is tiny but it has a small refrigerator, sink, electric stove, all basic plates and utensils to fix a dinner. "

Most magical hotel ever!

"From arriving to the front door, to checking out our stay was absolutely magical! The smell in the hotel is absolutely amazing and I think it just elevates the experience! The decorations throughout the hotel is absolutely wonderful and although they technically aren’t a Disney hotel I feel like they did a really wonderful job with all the decorations! The price wasn’t too cheap but wasn’t too expensive either. I feel like for a couple, it was worth it considering you get free shuttle rides to and from Disney! I find the times aren’t too accurate but was not really a big deal. Breakfast was included although not the best, it was fine! Enough to keep you filled and energised walking through the parks. The toilets could do with a bit of renovating as it was a little outdated but nothing too serious! The bar in reception served really good food and had coffee (Starbucks). The view from my room was absolutely spectacular hopefully that’s what we get the next time we stay! It was so easy to store luggage’s with them as well after we have checked out so we could explore Paris and the Disney village. MOST of the staff were very nice and helpful except for one member of staff during the day in reception called (Em__) fill out the letters however you want. She was snotty with me and my friends while checking in AND out so I don’t know what her problem is. It was the only complaint to an otherwise magical stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!"
