"Good location. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Quality hotel with excellent facilities and good upkeep of the condition of the room. Have stayed in other Solaria Nishitetsu hotels and this one also lives up to the brand name. Our room had an impressive view of the city from the bathtub. Unfortunately, a non smoking room had a smokey odour in the main toilet when using the extractor fan. Previous guest seem to not care about the non smoking policy. Such a shame as the room was excellent aside...

"We had a great stay here. The location was so good at Haeundae Beach, there was lots to do and see around the area. The check i. was a bit confusing - you have to go level 4 and swap lifts to level 6, but the staff were very friendly so it was no issue. Our taxi driver found the hotel easily. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was very clean. We were also happy that there was a washing machine in our room. "

"The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Front desk were not very engaging, there is a huge flower arrangement that blocks the line of sight so there is no interaction when you walk in, no saying hello or anything. Sometimes it's these small things that improve your stay. But the room was great and it was located amidst the markets. They also allowed luggage storage as checkin wasn't until 3pm."
