"Crystal Lodge is a wonderful property to stay at, the location was great, proximity to everything you would need while on vacation. The property was clean and well maintained. We would stay at this hotel for our next ski trip to Whistler village again."

"Check in was not smooth cuz hotels.com did not pay the hotel but I’ve already paid hotels.com. The room was ok. Instead of a sofa bed, there is a Murphy bed so sleeping condition was more comfortable but the Murphy bed support sticks out and everyone in the family had kicked it while passing by and all got different degrees of bruising! Not happy about that at all. The room was small so we cannot months dining table elsewhere to make more space for walking. The fireplace fan was very noisy. The...
