"My overall experience at Ginger hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service I received was unmatched. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also a great addition. The only downside would be the area outside/ in front of the hotel which was a bit dirty however, it seemed as if work was being completed. I'd still highly recommend this hotel."

Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!! Young man (on night/evening shift) on reception was very helpful and friendly, speaking pretty good English."

"While there are things about the property that could be improved, the one thing i cannot fault is the service. While we were staying there my mum fell ill and the staff were unfailingly compassionate in tending to her needs - fetching items from the pharmacy, arranging cabs, providing extra pillows and so on. "This is a lovely place to stay with fantastic staff and a great bar and restaurant- right on the beautiful beach at Agonda. Accommodation is basic but clean and mosquito nets are a bonus. We stayed in a roof top hut which was great - they have kettles and tea/coffee making facilities, also great Aircon and fans. A fridge would be a bonus but there is a free water dispenser in reception which is handy.Recommend this place for a budget conscious stay. Definitely try the restaurant too it’s great."

"Disgusting towels, sheets and toiletseat. Dirty around sunbeds. Not easy to sit at restaurant because of really high table and low chairs. Electricity, cardmashine and internet unreliable.
