"The resort is beautiful. Was so nice to relax and use the pool and room service. The music outside the room however played all day and into the night - it was loud and repetitive lift music that did not aid in relaxation. The spa was amazing! Reception tried to charge us 2500 rupees for a taxi to the airport, when the standard is 1200 rupees. "

"Close to the main railway station. DO NOT get a front facing room as you will be kept awake most of the night from the train horns! Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!! Young man (on night/evening shift) on reception was very helpful and friendly, speaking pretty good English."

"While there are things about the property that could be improved, the one thing i cannot fault is the service. While we were staying there my mum fell ill and the staff were unfailingly compassionate in tending to her needs - fetching items from the pharmacy, arranging cabs, providing extra pillows and so on. Sid in particular was incredible and we were so grateful to him and his team for all their support. In addition, the properties are quiet and well-arranged, and only five minutes' walk from...
