Nothing was promising 1. When we walkedbin to the room AC was not functioning, they have taken 4 hours to fix and it was not cooling properly 2. I wonder how this property is rates so highly!! Filthy, stained surfaces in the room, dirty bathroom. What can be worse than finding random packaging and barcode stickers by previous occupants on the bathroom door- clearly no attention has been given to cleaning. While the staff was courteous the property needs much attention. During the current pandemic times, unclean surrounds is the last thing anyone would want. Additionally, for 7K a night, the place is indeed a great thumbs down. Wouldn’t recommend.

The staff were very helpful. Paying for the internet in this day and age is ridiculous! The beach is far away and when you get there, there is not much to do! There is also nothing to do near to the hotel!
