"I would recommend a few changes to the room. We had to stay for a total of 2 weeks. We had appointments for the Mayo Clinic. I would recommend the upper cabinets are put in for extended stays, a place to store groceries. I would also recommend that the Tv stand is replaced with a dresser so families can unpack suit cases for extended stays and not live out of their suitcases. Front desk service was outstanding. Christine( asst gm) was absolutely a sweetheart. Myself and my fiancé had to visit...

"This hotel was excellent in all areas. The room was beautiful and well designed. The beds were comfortable, no back ache the next day. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. The transport drivers, Lynn and Terrence, to Mayo Clinic were very kind and excellent at helping with my aged mother.
