"I really had a nice time in the larger room with a kitchen for a few nights while my sister was at the Mayo for testing . Staff was nice. The beds and bathrooms very comfortable. Easy getting to Mayo each day even in the freezing weather. We took either an Uber (so easy) or the shuttle (easy too but more waiting since it's on a schedule) or walked (easy if you are capable). The train station being right next door was a bit of an issue if you're on the side of the building they run on. I didn't happen to be on that side so I was fine. We did find the parking at the hotel difficult since there's construction next to it that was taking up a lot of spots. However, once we parked for our stay we didn't move our car till we left for home. "

"the floors are thin so it sounded like a herd of elephants upstairs and the short toilets always get me. I never understand when I go to a newer hotel and they don't have chair height toilets these were especially low felt like they should be in a kindergarten class. otherwise it is a lovely hotel. parking should also be free"
