"Loved the area and how easy it was to walk to restaurants etc. Super cute area. Room had brackets on wall where a picture should have been. Either hang a picture or remove brackets. None of the overhead lights worked. There were kids (I think traveling baseball teams) everywhere, so the pool was crowded with no clean towels, with dirty towel baskets overflowing (I went to the front desk and was given 2 clean pool towels). We would have liked to enjoy the hot tub without it being occupied...

"The staff were perfectly friendly and helpful. The facility and indeed the room were as clean as could be. This is just an older building with older facility issues - seemingly low water pressure; the "feel good" extra lock on the door didn't work, with marks showing the for had been forced open a few times (the deadbolt worked just fine); the room, although spotless, just smelled stale; all the electric sockets had no grip pressure left, and plugs fell out of them if looked at wrong. But again,...
