"First time stay at this hotel. First impressions are always formed from the exterior followed by a hotel lobby. With Shuanglong Plaza, it's most unimpressive exterior, entrance and then the lobby gives one the unfortunate thought "Oh, oh, what al I getting myself into!". Definitely has gone past it's use by date. Check in/out was however, pleasant. We were given a room on the 9th. floor. "Bed is hard, easily mislead by pictures, information about cheapest room without windows missing, so upgrade to another rooms were needed by extra pay, in restaurant no good service, dim sum was good quality, very cheap restaurant, smoking everywhere, staffs do not speak English, rooms are reasonable spacious and clean and facilitated, good pressure and hot water in bathroom. Would consider staying again for this cheap price."
