"Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. "Don’t listen to the bad reviews. We stayed here thinking this would be one of the lower end hotels visited during our trip to Europe and honestly we liked it as one of the best. Our room was very clean and tidy, smelled fresh, view was nice, area was easy to catch the bus into town, the staff were helpful. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk into the old town but we knew that when booking and the nighttime walks felt unsafe so we took the bus instead. Otherwise would stay here again. "

"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"
