"Hotel Ferrucci saved us. We had made the mistake of booking our other hotel for one less day than we needed and had to last minute scramble. "It was wonderful. The staff are super nice and professional. The place is romantic and welcoming. They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. Definitely looking forward to come back on my next vacation to Florence "
