"Our experience mirrors those of others who have given high ratings. Cristina is a very thoughtful host, and the apartment is in a good location and comfortable. It is all on one level except for a small step in the bathroom. One of the most helpful things Cristina did was to point out on a map where the two closest bus lines stopped and assure us that the bus takes credit cards. "The property is gorgeous and Villa everything you would expect from pictures. But beware, you are out in the country and the nearest town is 8- 10 minutes away. Food stores are a 20 minute drive as well. Check in communication was poor. I was unaware that property manager would be contacting me via What's App which is something I don't use. So we were stuck at the property for over 20 minutes waiting for our key. This could have been avoided with check-in instructions posted on their VRBO...

"We did three days in Florence and stayed in this apartment. It had good amenities however no AC which was my fault because I thought it would be cooler. Once it cooled off everything was perfect. Great location to Public transportation and shops. Short walks to the sites."

"Everything about our stay was perfect. the house is very beautiful, and we very much enjoyed the outdoor dining from breakfast to dinner, also having an afternoon BBQ and a swim. "After travelling for 12 days in and out of hotels, it was a breath of fresh air to stay in this wonderful apartment situated 25 minute walk to the city center. After spending the days visiting the sites, we went back to our "apartment ", made an antipasto and had a glass of wine. The apartment was clean, fully serviced with everything you needed from kitchen, laundry to bathrooms. If you want to feel like a local, stay here !!"

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
