"check in was easy at property.grounds were well kept.room was clean and had ample space for clothes.bed was comfortable.DID NOT LIKE-could not check in on line.after submitting photo of license nothing happened.breakfast did not have a good selection of items to eat."

"We were going to Martha's Vineyard for a wedding. We decided to come down a day early and stay in Falmouth. The Iris looked nice online and had an indoor pool (important to my wife). The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the lobby was impressive. The pool made my wife very happy and gym had the equipment I needed. The biggest surprise was the free continental breakfast. We expected coffee, pastries, bagels, maybe yogurt and granola. In addition to that, they offered small cheese omelets, bacon, and a make your own waffle bar. We're looking forward to coming back again."

"Last year we were there for our wedding anniversary, but this year it was special because we stayed in the romantic suite. It was spectacular. I have already recommended it to my friends and next year I will be at the Bayside Resort Hotel. Thank you for providing us with wonderful days."
