"Overall nice place. Very good breakfast. Room was hot in the evening. It had air conditioning, but the concierge refused to turn it on. I slept with the window open and the blind rolled all the way up. Maid didn't replace towels and dirty mugs. She'd tidy the bed though."

"The area is very quiet and safe. Property is clean and spacious. The only issue that i have is that its far from the main tourist spots although its near the water boat terminal."

It was more expensive than other hotels we stayed in during our Italy trip, however I don’t have a comparison for rooms in Venice. We had a very good stay here (family of 4 /all adults)."

"Really enjoyed our time there. Loved the smiles and service that the stafff gave. Made us cappucinnos which was good quality in the morning. It is in Lido (last ferry stop) so it's situated far from touristy areas, if you like that. The room like most Italian budget friendly stays are small but adequate. There seems to be a bit of slant on the flooring, a little uneven, but it did not affect our sleep. "

"A nice traditional hotel located in a quiet area on Venice Lido. Rooms vary in size, some are excellent, others a bit cramped. Excellent breakfast. Venice Lido is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Venice. The hotels tend to be better and much cheaper than in Venice itself. Plus the Lido is a very pleasant seaside area with good facilities."
