"This is hotel is in the perfect location for tourists as you can walk to all the main sights. My room was small but had everything for a great night's sleep - very comfortable bed, good quality bed-linen and total silence at night as it's in a pedestrian district so there's no traffic noise. Lovely shower. Due to the small size of the room, the toilet is in a very prominent place behind glass walls that are only semi-frosted so that's something that couples should be aware of. The staff were very helpful and polite even when I saw them having to deal with a horrible bully who was boasting of owning a company with 500 employees and threatening that, if he didn't get his own way, he'd get everyone of them to post a 1 star review for the hotel online. The staff remained calm and polite even when dealing with this horrible jerk. "
