"Ocean view rooms for an amazing price! Located centrally between Como and Menaggio for easy access via bus or taxi. Argegno is smaller and quieter which we loved and had enough dining options. Villa Belvedere is right off the main road but you wouldn't hear it (from the ocean view rooms) and it's right next to the bus stop and ferry so we were able to buy our tickets early! "The Staff were excellent, welcoming, helpful and friendly. An excellent breakfast was provided and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel is situated on a main road and crossroad, so true Italian style you have alot of beeping as entertainment. although it was quite during the night. The hotel is a short walk to the tube station. We arrived late, so unfortunately can't comment about the area. There was a couple of restuarants and a bar situated behind the hotel."

"I booked this last minute based on the reviews. I agree the hotel room is surprising nice, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. When we arrived, the outside lights were not working and it was dark so it seemed a little sketchy since it was my first time seeing the place. The staff was super friendly and explained why it was so dark outside. Once inside the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was really good too. I would stay here again. "

"It’s right in the city center, close to everything and a very short walk to the bus stop and not far to the train station. It has a cute little courtyard and attached restaurant. We had breakfast every morning which was included in the price and was a really good breakfast with lots of options. We loved our stay and if we are able to get back to Como, we will stay here again!
