"We panned to stay only 2 nights but we had so much fun we extended one more night. Thai hotel is VERY clean beautiful hardwood flooring all over, beautiful scenery all around, rooms are VERY specious, close to city and restaurants. "

"Great place"

"Check in was easy. Staff very helpful. Room was large and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Elevator was very helpful especially for getting to breakfast on the 4th floor. Breakfast room had glass all around providing a great view of the valley. Food was substantial. Even had pancakes. Adding eggs would be nice for visitors. "Amazing experience! The hotel was clean, in a great location and had an incredible pool. The staff was so kind and helpful. Everyone was so welcoming, nice and attentive. The hotel is in a great location, it is quiet and peaceful and also within walking distance from the lake and the city center. We loved our stay here, will definitely be back. "

"This hotel was fine for what we needed it for: a place to crash overnight before getting a train to Florence. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom well equipped. Staff could have been more pleasant, there were almost no dining options we could access without a car, and the breakfast was below average compared to what we had at other hotels in Italy."
