"Our family of 11 stayed at the villa in early June. The owner and manager of the property were available and very helpful. The Villa was spacious and very clean. "Where to even begin? We loved everything about our stay. Stefania was wonderful, and responsive to our many questions before we even arrived. Upon arrival, it felt like a dream. "The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. "Quiet, charming location which was central for day trips to Monte San Savino, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cortona, Montepulciano and many other villages in Tuscany. The pool was lovely, gazebo had honeysuckle and other flowering vines surrounding it which was a nice location to get out of the sun. Many olive trees surround the house and we did manage to see a wild boar, many geckos, birds and even a snake."

"This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children. "This property is everything we wanted a Tuscan villa to be. We were 5 couples celebrating our 60th birthdays. We all had private bedrooms with private bathrooms. The location is perfection. We could walk to the historic town of Cortona in under 25 minutes, but our property was completely private with a view that was spectacular. In the morning the birds and church bells are your music and the flowers and fruit trees are in abundance."
