"We stayed in this hotel for one night. The location is simply the best you could hope for in Alassio: right next to the promenade, but not on it, so that you can sleep. "Overall, ok stay. Service of the breakfast and dinner can be improved. Personnel could not explain the menus on the card. Breakfast lady has a sharp edge. Restaurant is missing a bit of atmosphere. Also, the soap and shampoo in the bathroom were not renewed. We had to ask for it, even after the room was cleaned. Location and pool are excellent. As well as possibility to reserve beach chairs and umbrella. Would come back if the minor points are taken care of."

"Had a fantastic experience at Hotel Mayola. The staff is friendly and really kind, they made us feel right at home. The breakfast had good variety from focaccias, to scramble eggs, cakes, fruit salads, and everything both an Italian and a British or American person would eat. Room was cleaned everyday to a high standard, the view from the balcony was fantastic and the hotel itself is literally 2 steps from the beach. "The staff was pleasant, the breakfast very nice, pool clean and cool- room very small and dated. Limited space. Walk to a public beach was very long and you went through a dirty trailer park to get to it- parking difficult- overall wasn’t especially impressive."

"Great hotel, great location. No need for Uber - just take line 2 from airport to medecine stop on the tram. 5 min walk to hotel door. We arrived early ( 11:45am) but we’re able to get into our room- even though it was FULL! You can’t go wrong booking this hotel. You are in the city- so it isn’t “quiet” in the streets at night. But it is a lovely , clean hotel!"
