"Reception/check-in was pleasant and professional. Zenitude Hotel is divided in two main sections: Clipper and Residence Salako. I was in Clipper. This section requires a lot of renovation and clean-up. The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. There was mouldy grime between the tiles in the shower cubicle and the bathroom floor.I had to buy AJAX and a scrubbing brush to clean it off. The room was not so bad. "The public area noise was overwhelming, and amplified noise continued each night until at least 11 pm. The food for breakfast left much to be desired, and the dinner options were very limited: either a tired buffet or a pleasant cafe at the water's edge with limited food options. We will not return or advise friends to visit Fleur d'Epee."

Additionally, I was charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 3. The staff said they were “unable” to credit my card for the additional breakfast,?which seemed strange to me. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests."
