"Wonderfully tranquil hotel. A million dollar view. Few issues with ants in the balcony. Some communication issues - I was promised an invoice by email but nothing was sent. Additionally, I was charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 3. The staff said they were “unable” to credit my card for the additional breakfast,?which seemed strange to me. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests."

"The room was small with no good place to put a 2nd suitcase. But the big attraction was the setting - a very private patio surrounded by vegetation and an attractive pool area. Breakfast (and in our case, dinner) on the patio was very pleasant. Traffic noise from an adjacent road was annoying. All in all, very nice but pricey."

"The resort is ver well staffed- there is always someone to assist with anything you need. They make good use of the very tiny beach but once you are in the resort you are a captive audience- nothing close by for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. we had a car but traffic was challenging and you certainly are not going to drive after a few beers 😳"

"A very beautiful property! Warm staff! Didn’t like the broken elevator which didn’t work for the 5 nights we were here. The walk to and from our room with our bags was not fun on the numerous staircases. We managed though. It’s an expansive labyrinth of hotel rooms, and we Likened it to being in IKEA. "Reception/check-in was pleasant and professional. Zenitude Hotel is divided in two main sections: Clipper and Residence Salako. I was in Clipper. This section requires a lot of renovation and clean-up. The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. There was mouldy grime between the tiles in the shower cubicle and the bathroom floor.I had to buy AJAX and a scrubbing brush to clean it off. The room was not so bad. "On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."

"The public area noise was overwhelming, and amplified noise continued each night until at least 11 pm. The food for breakfast left much to be desired, and the dinner options were very limited: either a tired buffet or a pleasant cafe at the water's edge with limited food options. Nice apartment in a quiet location

"The apartment is well equipped, both the kitchen and the laundry. It is spacious for a couple, but a third adult would be tight. The owners were nice and pragmatic when there was an issue with checkin. Luckily since the key is in a lockbox, it all worked out in the end. If you don't speak French be prepared to use translation services as the contract and inventory are in French. We enjoyed the garden area - which was very quiet and the proximity to the beaches. We hope to come back. "

"Lovely hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. Shout out to Restaurant manager Anthony and Tom and the rest of the staff. One of the front desk staff was help us to book the island tour. We don’t speak French. It’s a bit difficult to book anything on line All in French. Overall we had a good time. "
