"Overall the stay was good. Would like to shout out the staff at the front desk when we stayed on a Saturday night. The room next to us was very loud and we had to get up at 5:30 the next morning. We called the front desk and whoever was working at the time came up and actually talked to the people in the room next to us and they stopped right after. Happy they to know they take complaints seriously and care about their guest’s experience! "

"It was great! The room was cozy n clean and the dark curtains were awesome. I liked the way the room was set up. It was like we had a bedroom not just everything cramped into one area. Only thing was the toilet seat didn't stay up when my husband lifted it. It slammed right back down. But it was a great stay! "

"The property was wonderful Anything that was requested was taken care of. We travel with 6 people so towels and pillows are always an extra request they didn’t even hesitate There was a college swim team staying and they managed to keep breakfast stocked with a very large demand"

"This place should not be overlooked. We realized at check in that I had lost my license and there was no way to check in without it. The guy at the front desk was empathetic and understanding but also was doing his job. We had to go home (90 minutes) in a snow storm to get my passport so we could come back and check in. It was important to spend the weekend with our daughter. Everything about the hotel was perfect for family time. "

"We were in the area for a wedding and stayed here. Clean room. Walking distance to the restaurant and shop. Staff was great. Breakfast was fantastic. However, some cons - A. In the winter the roads aren’t great, really off the beaten path which could a pro for some. B. Really dated and needs some room updates. Spa felt kinda dirty and had broken tile/concrete. C. When you’re snowed in, there isn’t much to do in the town and they closed the restaurant buffet bc of the lack of ppl. D. Bed was...
