"This is a beautiful little family run hotel on a side street off a lovely shopping area in Foggia, Italy. The rooms are on the second level and there is no elevator, but they are spotlessly clean and have good air conditioning and a nice airy feeling. The beds are very comfortable and the staff was warm and friendly but only spoke Italian. I brought my 82 year old Italian mother and she adored the staff. "Hotel Venusia is a beautiful hotel in the rather remote town of Venosa. We were there for two nights at the end of October, which was clearly off season. Our hotel room was large and clean, with a nice balcony. The downside was the bed was very hard, and the bathroom, particularly the shower, very small.
