"Upon arrival I ran the bell and no answer even though the lobby was supposed of been opened at 7:30. Arrived around 1130. Had to call the number listed on the front of the building. Person who answered told me I did not have a reservation. I said yes I did I have a confirmation number. He said OK I’ll be there in five minutes. Took him 10 to 15 minutes. Then he had us walk around the building to another entry which turned out to be another B&B. He had us meet with the lady she took us upstairs...

Peccato che Hotels.com non l’abbia informata della prenotazione e pertanto, al nostro arrivo, le stanze non erano pronte ed abbiamo perso un’ora attendendole. Nonostante questo, si è attivata subito. Inoltre l’indirizzo di Hotels.com era sbagliato, se non fosse per questi disagi sarebbe stato tutto perfetto. "Based on previous reviews we were looking forward to our stay in Melfi and were not disappointed. The apartment is bright and modern and perfectly located within very short walking distance of cafes and restaurants as well as Melfi castle.
